The Performance Evaluation

Written performance evaluations are generally completed after the employee’s first 90-days and then annually thereafter. The documentation is important for the employee and manager to be able to reference throughout the review cycle and beyond. While the annual performance evaluation is a structured conversation one time per year, ongoing conversations throughout the year help to drive results thus enabling employee success.
