Kristen Shingleton Deutsch, of New Focus HR, is our human resources consultant at Christ Church Cathedral. She has worked with the church’s staff since January 2013. Kristen has brought a high level of competency and professionalism to our human resources needs at Christ Church Cathedral. In eight months, Kristen has engaged with all staff members and the respective committees of Cathedral lay leadership. She has created a personnel handbook, revised all job descriptions and has served as consultant in various personnel matters. Kristen has and will be providing additional workshops and training on performance evaluations, team building and conflict resolution.
