According to a nationwide survey by Hewitt Associates salary increases are expected to bounce back slightly during 2011. Salaried exempt and salaried nonexempt employees and executives, base wage increases are expected to reach 2.9%. Nonunion nonexempt hourly and union employees are expected to see increases of 2.8%.
